On a hike scouting out new places to fly the heli and heard an erie rattle behind me. I look down and I just stepped over this guy! Scared me poopless to say the least. I dare to say that he was NOT the most scared of our pair. No way man.
We’re fostering these four pups until they can be adopted (www.fochp.org) once they’re eight weeks old. They’re seven weeks old now and getting their first swim in the pool.
One of our newest fosters, Scruffy, got adopted yesterday.

It’s been about a month since I was airborne. I’m stressed about a crash due to rusty muscle memory, so I’m committing to sim time every day until I’m back I the air. …and I just got all my new heli camera equipment too! I want to feel confident again before I put thousands of $$ in the air .
ok, my wife, Deanna, suggested that I use my blog for my journaling rather than what I HAVE been using it for… NOTHING. She’s really smart, so I’m gonna take her advise

For years I’ve held posts back because I wasn’t 100% ready. Failure due to perfectionism. Not cool.
So I’m challenging myself to journal-post. I’m posting for me. We’ll see how fun and therapeutic this process is.
